Thirty-Day Window

If a piece does not feel considered for you, return it within thirty days for a full refund.

Write to hello@trendhouse.com with your order number. A prepaid return label follows within twenty-four hours.

Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings, for reasons of hygiene, are final sale.

Refunds are issued within three to five business days of receipt, to the original payment method.

For a different size or colour, please write to us — we will arrange a one-for-one exchange at no additional cost.
